Priory Meadows is a small, exclusive, residential development overlooking attractive countryside on the outskirts of the historical and sought-after rural town of Hadleigh in Suffolk. The development has been created and built by local residents and developers, Mark and Alison Mitchell and is close to completion in Autumn 2021.
Each of the 11 of properties is distinctly individual, providing both a breadth of character across this private setting, and also a range of different sizes and accommodation to suit all tastes. The houses have been designed by Wincer Kievenaar Partnership and built to the highest specifications.
As well as including various types of bricks and surface materials in the design, one key feature that defines each individual home is the different type of Lifestiles’ roof tiles specified and used on each of the houses and their garages and other outhouses. The pallet of roof tiles used includes Ashvale Tilehurst and Foxearth clay tiles, Ashvale Restoration pantiles and Chatsworth slates.
The tiles specified were approved by the planners involved in the build, and approximately [number] have been delivered to the site, on time, in full.
What they said:
Developer, and now resident of Priory Meadows, Mark Mitchell concluded:
“The colour, style and overall quality of Lifestiles’ range of tiles has really helped us to create the overall appearance and atmosphere that we wanted for Priory Meadow; and I have been very impressed by their expert, friendly and honest service. We are delighted with the result, and I would not hesitate to recommend Lifestiles and their products.”
